Two weeks ago, after one of the best games this season in BNI, '' Wolves'' managed to win ''Plate'' Semi Final against ''Towers'' and take the title following Friday. But this time we played our last League game who also was a league title decider. It was hard for the ''Wolves'' to maintain the same quality basketball from the start to the end of the game. In first Period we were up in front by 16 points because of concentration and great shooting, but because of our injuries ( 7 Players ) and two Players that went on holidays, we started to get tired. FG% for the first 10 minutes were 76 % ! While on the last period only 16 %.The whole game were a wee mess for us, we lost the mental battle but we will learn from ourr mistakes. Coach and player R.Bartkus said'' The league is all about how your team plays during the season but there's also has to be some luck involved, like not getting injuries and full squad allways ready to go on court. We were ready three weeks ago but BNI canceled the match and then injuries started to pop-up . It's sad because games like this should be played on the time with no delays. But just like I said, League Title rewarded ''Towers'' basketball club for a great season, so congratulations on that ! Hope to see you in the Finals''
