Bc Wolves goes to BNI Cup Semi Final

This Saturday ''Wolves'' hosted ''Queens Hornets'' from Belfast in quarter Final round of BNI Cup. Both teams clashed this year in BNI competition and that time ''Queens'' took very close win 63-60, so both teams knew each other already and were preparing for close game. The game started with Paddy McGaharan taking the lead for the visitors with scoring 12 points in first 10 minutes and made some great assists which helped them to take the lead 30-24. After first 10 minutes ''Wolves'' worked more on defence with huge work done by Nerijus Kersis and some good play in offence by R.Bartkus. After the first half the 53:49 to ''Wolves'' side. Second half was a close call but ''Queens'' couldn't keep up with our big man S.Bastakys scoring easy buckets under the basket. The game ended 96-87 to ''Wolves''.
